Refund policy

  • Requests for returns of non-custom goods must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the goods.
  • All freight and shipping costs for returned items that are not the seller's fault are the customer's responsibility.
  • Closeout items are final sales, and under no circumstances are they subject to returns.
