Shipping policy

We strive to ship all products by the next business day from when an order is placed.

If a product is not shipped because it is out of stock, Primacy Solutions is not liable. The order confirmation is distinct from order verification.

When making an order, the customer must give us the correct address and phone number. The management team at Primacy Solutions is free to modify the return and exchange policy at any moment and without prior warning.
